YOUTH ADAMS COUNTY GOES GOLD

🎗️💛 ADAMS COUNTY — LET’S PAINT THIS COUNTY GOLD! 💛🎗️

Haley has asked me, Cindie with Hometown Tan / Plaid & Pearls Boutique, along with Vicky Mason with James & Mason Designs, to help make the GO GOLD shirts for this awareness campaign. 💛🎗️

This is something we are honored to be a part of, and most importantly, this is NOT a fundraiser. Our goal is simply to help spread awareness and get Adams County covered in GOLD this September.

Our community has been hit HARD by childhood cancer this year. We’ve watched children we love fight battles no child should ever have to fight. We’ve watched families have their entire worlds changed. And we’ve experienced losses that will forever leave a mark on this community.

So this September, we’d like to turn that heartbreak into something people cannot ignore.

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and this year, we’d love to see GOLD everywhere.

Not for a fundraiser.
Not for one family.
Not for one child.

For AWARENESS. For ALL of them. 🎗️

Our community has shown up in incredible ways for our children, and now I’m asking you to help us do something simple but powerful:

💛 GO GOLD FOR SEPTEMBER. 💛

Wear gold. Decorate your businesses. Put gold ribbons on your doors. Change your porch lights. Decorate your school or classroom. Put a ribbon on your mailbox. Paint your windows. Whatever you can do … make GOLD impossible to ignore.

We are also working on making GO GOLD shirts. Again, this is NOT a fundraiser. The goal isn’t to raise money … the goal is to raise AWARENESS.

Because childhood cancer awareness shouldn’t belong only to the families who have been forced into this world.

It should belong to the whole community.

So I’m asking our businesses, schools, churches, organizations, sports teams, families, and neighbors to join us.
