REGULAR PRICED items brought back to the store or shipped back within 14 days receive a refund to the original payment method

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS, jewelry, hats and cups ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF ANY KIND.
You must ship out your return within 5 business days of receiving the approved label.
We provide shipping label for you and a $5.95 label/ processing fee will be. deducted from the store credit/ refund.
All items must be in BRAND NEW CONDITION, unwashed and unworn. Items must be free of orders, pet hair, makeup stains, deodorant stains or similar stains.
Tags must still be attached.
Items/ promotions marked as “FINAL SALE”, such as clearance items

No Returns on SALE Items:

All sale items at Plaid & Pearls Boutique are considered final sale. This means that no returns will be accepted, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided for items purchased during a sale, promotion, or clearance event.

Since sale items are final sale, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, size, or color preference. Please make sure to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
